So I recently got antidepressants, here’s context

I’ve been severely depressed for three years and therapy isn’t working.

So I take half a pill at night for six days, then a full pills. So far, I haven’t noticed much, but I have become way more emotional, doesn’t do much to my sleep, but I can’t tell if it’s affecting my anxiety.
