CONTENT WARNING: MENTIONS OF NAUSEA, AND POSSIBLE EATING DISORDER MENTION
PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU GET TRIGGERED FROM THAT, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF PLZ <3
So basically in my past I had a bad relationship with food because I had toxic friends who nearly drove me to an eating disorder back when I was cis. And now, taking a small bite of any sort of food made my body feel physically repulsed. I have a good body image and all of that, it’s literally my body making me feel like throwing up, doesn’t matter if it’s healthy or something from the microwave, my body will make me feel nauseous. I dunno what’s happening because I FUCKING LOVE FOOD! So I don’t know why my body is attempting to reject it.

I'm not a medical professional. You might either be "regular sick" (always a possibility) or you still need to process your psychological trauma in this regard.
I cannot remote diagnose you and neither can the internet, but an online search might give you some pointers.
Testing foods with different properties might also help you to understand your reaction better. Mouthfeel/consistency, smell, how it looks. These things might hit you differently. Similar with 'preparing food' for yourself. In a best case scenario you'd be able to 'work around' your aversion while you still 'emotionally process'. Like using chopsticks to eat instead of a fork. Or eating unfamiliar food, that your subconscious does not "know" beforehand how to react to.
But as I said in the beginning: I'm not a medical professional. I'm a stranger on the internet who might or might not be a dog. The internet and I might be able to give you pointers, but a capable medical professional/psychotherapist might be a better choice to talk about this.

Thanks, I will take this into consideration when speaking with my primary care provider :3
